Blue Grouse Wine Cellars added stainless steel sink and a chrome faucet, and Vicostone sparkling white countertop for decanting and serving wines.  On the leftmost side of the back wall, a tall cabinet was added to conceal the wine cooling unit.

In this modern home wine cellar, they decided to utilize the ONAM CW30W refrigeration system after calculating the heat load. The factors they considered were the size of the wine room and the amount of glass used.  

The Blue Grouse team placed the temperature control panel within the cabinet next to the cooling unit to allow the owners to set the temperature with convenience. The return grill was placed in the middle section of the cabinet, while the supply air vent was ducted to the top section of the cabinet into a plenum near the ceiling of the wine cellar.
