The glass enclosure matches the modern theme and ambiance of the room. Glass wine cellars have been increasing in popularity because they allow easy visibility and access to your favorite vintages.
Clean and Sleek Contemporary Vancouver Custom Wine Cellar

A 12-millimeter single-pane tempered clear glass was used for the enclosure. Blue Grouse made sure that it was able to provide wine the ideal storage conditions by sealing the glass tightly and using a mohair weather stripping product to seal the entryway.
The edges of the black frame enhanced the stylish look of this wine cellar and were applied with a ceramic fit to make it look like an iPhone. This wine cellar was built to accommodate 315 standard 750ml wine bottles.
LED spotlights were used to highlight the display from the ceiling. LED lights are known to be safe for use in wine cellars. They don’t emit too much heat which can damage wine.
Climate Management with ONAM Wine Cellar Cooling System
A wine refrigeration unit need not be visible or occupy a lot of space in a wine cellar. In this Vancouver project, Blue Grouse used an ONAM cooling system (a self-contained water-cooled unit) that was easily installed without an HVAC technician. This product maintained the clean and sleek look in this glass wine cellar while ensuring the stability of the climate in it.
